MANILA, Philippines — Jollibee Group has taken a bold step in its international journey by unveiling an “evolved corporate brand,” featuring a refreshed logo and updated corporate identity. The move, the homegrown multinational said, is more than a visual change—it represents the company’s growth into a global powerhouse managing 19 diverse brands.
“This evolution brings greater consistency across our expanding portfolio and reflects the transformation of Jollibee Group into a multi-brand, multinational enterprise,” the company said in a statement.
Jollibee now holds significant stakes in several international names, including The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf (80%), Compose Coffee (70%), SuperFoods Group operating Highlands Coffee (60%), and popular bubble tea brand Milksha (51%).
The company is also making strategic moves in new markets, maintaining membership interests in Tortazo LLC alongside award-winning chef Rick Bayless in the United States. Recently, Jollibee also invested in Botrista, a beverage technology company, signaling its push to innovate beyond traditional food and beverage offerings.
With this new corporate identity, Jollibee aims to position itself not just as the Philippines’ most iconic fast-food chain, but as a global brand curator and innovator shaping the future of dining worldwide.
