USER AGREEMENT

News Philippines Online Maharlika Inc. (“NPM” / “we” / “our” / “us”) operates News Philippines Online (the “Site”) as a digital service for its readers and users. By accessing, browsing, or using this Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.

All content on this Site—including but not limited to news articles, features, photographs, images, videos, infographics, audio, data, illustrations, trademarks, service marks, and software code—is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

• You may view, download, or share materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

• Any reproduction, republication, distribution, public display, or modification of our content requires prior written consent from News Philippines Online Maharlika Inc.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts in Quezon City, Philippines.
